Visit our website at Springhavenapartments.com and navigate to the “floor Plans” section, where you will find a variety of options to choose from. Select your move-in-date and choose which floor plan suits you best. Once you have made your choose, it will prompt you to create an applicant login to start the application process.

Anyone 18+ who plans to reside in the home will need to fill out an application and pay an applications fee. Additionally, to reserve the apartment, there is a holding fee of $300 that is required to complete the application.

The application fee is $50 per applicant.

If you decide to cancel your applications with us, the $300 holding fee is non-refundable. If your application comes back denied, we will refund the $300 holding fee back to you.

The security deposit is $1500, with approved credit. Applications that are approved with conditions could pay an additional security deposit up to 1-and ½-months’rent.

The move-in costs will include a security deposit, pro-rated rent, the following months’ rent in full (if you move-in on the 15th or after) pet fees (if applicable), and an administration fee of $145.

You are able to pay rent through Spring Havens online resident portal, which offers the option to set up automatic payments. You can set up your preferred method of payment by linking your checking or savings account to the portal. You can also pay by credit card and MoneyGram. Fees apply to credit card & MoneyGram

Your monthly rent includes, snow removal, lawn care, and maintenance of your apartment. Utilities, & trash removal are the responsibility of the resident.

Yes, we require all residents to have renters’ insurance with $300,000 liability limit and Spring Haven Apartments listed as additional interest on declaration.

​ We allow cats and dogs, a maximum of 3-pets per apartment home. We do not have a weight limit for dogs.

There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet. Monthly pet rent is: $50 per pet.
